We comply with statutory right of withdrawal.
Our return policy lasts for 14 days. If 14 days have passed since your purchase, we can unfortunately not offer you a refund or exchange.

To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused and in the same condition as you received it. The product also needs to be in the original packaging. To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

There are some situations where only partial reimbursement is granted
All items that are not in their original condition, are damaged or lack parts for reasons that are not due to our party misbehaving.
All items returned after more than 14 days.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and verified, we will send you an email informing you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of approving or rejecting your refund.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will be automatically applied to your credit card or original payment method, within a certain number of days.

Delayed or Missed Refunds
If you have not received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take time before the refund is officially published at your bank.
If your payment is still missing, contact your bank, there is often a certain treatment before a refund is posted.

Only products sold at the original price can be refunded, discounted products can not be refunded.

Byten

We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to replace it with the same product, send an email to kontakt@ssnutrition.se or send an email to: Västbergavägen 43, Hägersten, SE 126 30. Add a note with your Name / Order number and write the reason for your return to us .

Shipping

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of the product. Shipping costs are then refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.

If you are sending goods with a value of more than SEK 1,000, you should consider using a traceable shipping method. Otherwise, we can not guarantee that you will get your goods back.
