Omega 3 is a supplement of fish oil containing high levels of polyunsaturated fats which consists of three different fatty acids. But when we talk about Omega 3, we are mainly referring to Eicosapentaenoic acid (EPA) Docosahexaenoic acid (DHA) which is important for our body. These fatty acids can not be produced by the body itself and therefore we need to take in the daily needs via diet and supplements. EPA and DHA are found in animal products and phytoplankton such as oily fish (salmon, mackerel, sardines), walnuts, rapeseed oil and algae.

Dosage
Our capsules contain 1000 mg of fish oil, of which 330mg EPA and 220mg DHA and recommended intake to provide a daily need is 3 g DHA and EPA distributed during the day. However, the need may differ depending on energy levels or physique, so also remember to regulate the dosage based on your diet. It is recommended to eat oily fish three times a week, but if you eat less than them, it may be a good idea to take omega 3 as a supplement.
If you are on a temporary calorie deficit during diet or during severe weight loss, it can be difficult to provide your body with the daily needs. The same problem can occur if you are allergic to fish or have chosen a vegetarian or vegan diet. Then a dietary supplement is both a flexible and economical way to provide the body with omega 3.

Refunds

You will be responsible for paying your own shipping costs for the return of the product. Shipping costs are then refunded. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from the refund.
