XPLODE + is an explosive pre-workout with a focus on muscle pumping. The content is clinically dosed to create a solid muscle pump. The product is a so-called "no-stim pre workout", which means that it does not contain any stimulants more than a few ingredients that arouse a little sharpness and focus in you. GlycerSize™ is a patented ingredient that together with Arginine Nitrate (NO3) and other ingredients gives you increased blood flow and increased transport of fluid to the muscle cells. Because it contains glycerol, it is important to have a real fluid intake. At least 5-6 dl of water together with the powder you mixed and preferably a good intake of water during the day and the day before. Do not come dehydrated with the hope of a good pump but give Xplode + the right conditions!

- Intake / dosage: To optimize the effect, we recommend that you take Xplode + together with a copious amount of water 20-30 minutes before training. It is beneficial if you have eaten a carbohydrate-rich meal 1-2 hours before and drank well with water during the day to get the most out of the product.
- Preparation: Mix 1-2 scoops with 5-6 dl water in a shaker.
- Storage: As with most pre-workouts, the content can clump when the content comes in contact with moisture/heat. So a tip is to always keep the product cool and to consume an opened jar within 2 months. Feel free to shake/stir the jar before each use.
